Founder & CEO
Robert has spent more than 20 years in the industry and started eXemplify in 2002 after he recognized a clear gap in the marketplace. Companies desperately needed help with sourcing IT and telecom services during expansions, moves, and other business transitions, and eXemplify acted as an extension of the telecom department, allowing customers to remain focused on core business objectives. The business took off — its business model evolving over the years to anticipate emerging and growing customer and partner needs.
Robert earned his Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University – Cox School of Business. He also holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from Stephen F. Austin State University.
Jason has cultivated our exemplary customer service programs and processes over the past eight years, making it possible to give our partners and clients the level of support they need and deserve. He began with the company as Account Manager in 2009, became Director of Client Services in 2013, was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2016, and named President in 2017. As president, Jason is responsible for sales and operations and owns the eXemplify eXperience for our community of employees, partners, clients, and suppliers.
A graduate of Texas Tech University, Jason holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management of Information Systems, Technical Communications.
Director of Verizon Enterprise Sales
Georgie joined eXemplify in 2016 as the Director of Verizon Enterprise Sales. She is responsible for developing and leading sales strategy for enterprise markets, providing key sales partner support, and driving Verizon services and solutions. Georgie brings 24 years of industry experience to the eXemplify team — 10 of which were with Verizon Business. She joined eXemplify after leading her own practice, The Zang Group, for almost nine years. As President, she provided telecommunications consulting and acted as a solutions provider for SMBs. She offered wholesale account management, oversaw new and existing revenue, secured advanced technologies, and provided cost-reduction strategies.
Georgie holds a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Arlington in Marketing.
Verizon Regional Account Manager
John joined our Houston office in 2016 as Verizon Regional Account Manager. His vast experience with corporate and mid-market Verizon accounts helps eXemplify and our partners effectively solve client business problems. With 20+ years of experience under his belt, John is a top performer who knows the Verizon product profile inside and out, giving our sales partners a competitive edge. Prior to joining eXemplify, as a Regional Account Executive for Verizon Enterprise Solutions he focused on VoIP, Security, and large private network rollouts for both wireline and wireless. John excelled at saving and renewing troubled accounts, rescuing over 3 million in annual billings. Before this, he spearheaded one of Verizon Wireless’s largest M2M contracts with 40,000 annual connections as Business Account Executive.
A graduate of Rutgers University, John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications.
eXemplify Partner Channel Manager
Cameron has been part of the eXemplify team since early 2014. He started out as an Account Manager, managing and growing our current client base. He is now growing the business in other ways as the eXemplify Partner Channel Manager. He is responsible for recruiting new partners into the eXemplify community while managing all of our current partner relationships. He helps drive new revenue streams for our partners and assists in sourcing the right suppliers for each of our partner’s clients’ needs. This includes planning events for eXemplify partners to learn more about our suppliers and the solutions they offer, setting up webinars and trainings, sitting in on sales calls, and going on partner client meetings to help close new business.
A graduate of Texas Tech University, Cameron holds a Bachelor’s degree in General Business with emphasis on Management, Marketing, and Finance.
Client Support Associate
Jeff has been a Client Support Associate at eXemplify since 2011. Working for nearly 20 years in the telecom industry, Jeff brings a wealth of experience to our clients. He interacts directly with our customers at all stages of the business relationship, assisting with order management, trouble tickets, and billing issues while ensuring our customers have a positive experience. He is an extension of the eXemplify brand and core values, and his job is to treat each customer in a courteous manner as he handles any issues that might arise.
Jeff holds a Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services degree from DeVry University.
Client Support Associate
Lisa joined the eXemplify team in 2014 as a Client Support Associate. With skills and experience in account management, vendor negotiations, and quality assurance, Lisa provides great value to each of the clients she serves. Her responsibilities include arranging kickoff and weekly status calls, providing milestone updates, escalating orders when necessary, and coordinating vendors as needed. She takes care of our customers during the actual install process as well as throughout the lifecycle of any services.
Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Austin College.
Client Support Associate
Juliana joined the eXemplify team in 2016 as a Client Support Associate. She brings years of experience as a project manager, allowing her to provide excellent service to each of our clients. Her strong leadership, budgeting, and negotiation skills allow her to work effectively with both vendors and customers, ensuring a positive interaction for all parties involved.
Melanie has been with eXemplify Group since early 2016 and serves as our Operations Administrator. She is responsible for general accounting and commissioning functions and assists across various departments, including marketing, partner support, sales, and client services. She plans our partner events, ensuring the best possible experience for all involved. She is also responsible for supplier coordination as well as the creation and distribution of marketing campaigns for sponsorship suppliers, partners, and clients.
A graduate of the University of North Texas, Melanie holds a degree in Hospitality Management.
