Hope you had a great 2011, and are already gearing up for an even better 2012! Looks like the worst is behind us with regards to the economy, and good things are on the horizon for the tech world.
NEW NAME: 2011 was quite a year for us. As you may already know, our company went through a name change from BrokerTel to eXemplify Group. We did so because we have been offering so much more than just telecom consulting for several years and we felt the name “BrokerTel” did not represent the entire portfolio of consulting services we provide to our clients. NEW WEBSITE: We launched a new website www.exemplifygroup.com that we are quite proud of and look forward to making even better as time progresses. We created a fun character named Bill to help explain the value eXemplify Group provides to its clients, click here to meet Bill.
NEW TEAM MEMBERS: We added a few new team members in 2011 as well. Many of you have already had the opportunity to meet Chris Hewett. As our VP of Sales, Chris has taken over the role of managing our day-to-day sales activities. He is working directly with Katherine Anstaett to ensure we can meet the growing needs of our clients. We also added Mike Monell as Director of Technology. Mike is over our IT cloud service offerings and works directly with our suppliers to ensure we stay abreast of the latest technologies. In addition, we added Jeff Moore to our back office team in December. I am sure you will be talking with Jeff regularly as he manages your orders and handles any issues that might arise. I know you will welcome each of our new team members and will find tremendous value in working with each of them!
NEW INFRASTRUCTURE: In 2011 we also made dramatic improvements in our Client Services department. Most of you know our Director of Client Services, Jason Bird. Jason’s team owns the client experience for eXemplify Group and is responsible for retention, adds, moves, changes, installs, client support, and supplier escalations. In addition to adding Jeff to his team, Jason moved our entire back office infrastructure to salesforce.com last spring to better track trouble tickets, installations and client communications.
NEW SERVICES: We are probably most excited about our growth in the area of “cloud” services. So many of our clients have been trying to get their arms around THE CLOUD and how it relates to their business needs. In 2011 we added a number of new suppliers and added many best-of-breed cloud services including: Virtual Desktops, Disaster Recovery as a Service, Infrastructure assessments, and TCO/ROI analysis, to name just a few. We are anxious to speak to you about these services and show you how migrating some of your processes to the cloud may be the perfect alternative for your company.
New name, new website, new team members, new infrastructure, and new services – all added to enhance your overall experience with eXemplify Group. While we have added many new things in 2011, we continue to maintain the SAME commitment to offer our telecom and IT consulting services at no cost to our clients.
