A Message from Client Support

While eXemplify Group’s Client Services team serves many functions for our clients, one of our primary goals is to provide full end to end project management with every order we receive. We have been successful because our clients know they have a trusted partner who will answer their questions, address their concerns, and make sure their new services are installed as expected.
BUT…most clients don’t realize that getting their new services installed is just the beginning. There are several additional areas where our Client Services department will continue to help on an ongoing basis and at no cost to the client.
There are several, but we will focus on the major areas of interest for most clients.
M.A.C.D.’s (Moves, Adds, Changes, and Disconnects)
Moves – helping our clients move their services from one location to another.
Adds – adding features or products to existing services.
Changes – changing configurations or features of existing services.
Disconnects – disconnecting or deleting existing services.
Business is dynamic and your technology needs change as your company expands or contracts. We know that we can add value after the initial install by making sure these “TRANSITIONS” go as smoothly as possible. We find that clients that bring us into this process very early, even in the initial planning stages get much more value from us AND have a better overall experience.
