ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Strategy – Collaborate with sales to Develop and Implement an effective marketing strategy
• Analytics – Prepare marketing reports and Adjust campaigns to meet performance goals
• Email Campaigns – Coordinate with suppliers to Build and Maintain ongoing campaigns
• Budgeting – Manage supplier marketing funds
• Event Planning – Planning and Execution of local & regional events and trade shows
• Public Relations – Business communications, success stories and newsletters
• Surveys – Create and Distribute to partner and employee surveys
• Tools – Research and Implement best-in-class tools you need to get the job done
• Online presence – maintain website (wordpress) and social media
• Explore new opportunities to add value to our company

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE & OTHER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

The minimum qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary for an individual to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable amounts of training are provided.

• Excellent communication, organization and time management
• Love of technology and marketing
• Email campaign experience
• Event planning experience
• Website management – WordPress
• Understanding of Social Media Marketing best practices – Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, SEO & Google Analytics
• Great sense of humor, awesome attitude, open-mindedness and an eagerness to learn
• Impeccable attention to detail- get it done mentality
• Well-spoken and able to convey a clear message
