eXemplify Group, the Dallas-based Telecom Master Agent and Verizon Platinum Partner, has announced the promotion of Jason Bird to Vice President of Operations. Bird will continue to lead eXemplify Group’s customer service, account and project management, partner support and commissions, and all internal tools and processes.

This promotion is well deserved and is a reflection of his tremendous leadership and all he has done to elevate the eXemplify customer service experience throughout his career.”
Bird joined eXemplify Group in 2009 as Account Manager and was responsible for managing the company’s client base and back office support. He became the team lead in 2012 and was promoted to Director of Client Services in 2013. Over the next three years, all operational tools and processes, partner programs and commissions, and customer service management fell under his responsibilities, as well. Prior to joining eXemplify Group, he served as Vice President of Customer Service at AutoTester.
A graduate of Texas Tech University, Bird holds a bachelor’s degree in Management of Information Systems, Technical Communications.
